Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and postal services process the orders, which takes an additional 2–5 days.
For some Custome NeckTies, T-Shirts, Hoodies, Tank Tops - This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Since we ship from multiple international warehouses, please allow to 5-10 days for your order to arrive.
For All other items - This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Since we ship from multiple international warehouses, please allow 10 - 30 days for your order to arrive.
If your order takes longer than 40 days to arrive, let us know and we will be happy to offer you a discount on your next order!

Our return policy is 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The product(s) MUST be postmarked within the 20- day window or it WILL NOT be eligible for a refund.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn or undamaged in any way and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in or accompanied by the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items
In order to process and complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Process of Refunds
Once your return item is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your returned item is approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 20 Business days.
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com stating your order number as reference.
We do not accept any exchanges, you can, however, return a product as long as you meet the guidelines on our returns policy.
In order to return your shipping, you should return your item to the return address mentioned in your order invoice or order packet.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and to send you a new or exchanged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realise you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible stating your order number as reference.
