How do I Search for products?

If you wish to find a product on our website, please enter the product name, keyword in the Search bar. You can find the search bar at the top of every page of the website.  Once you find the product and displayed on the search page, simply click on the image or the name of the product for more details.

HOW CAN I ADD A DISCOUNT ON MY ORDER?

If you received a discount code via email from the krishq.com, you can enter the discount code in Discount text box on the checkout page.

HOW CAN I Cancel/Change my Address/Order?

Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order (you'll be charged 20% for restocking fee). Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

I didn’t receive a tracking number when I made my International order. Why?

Not all international orders are awarded a tracking number. Our sincere apologies for this. However, you can refer to our charts for the estimated shipping time for the package to get to your location. Normally, it takes between 15-25 working days.

Is it possible to track my order?

Yes, it is possible. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number after the shipping label for your order has been printed. It may take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system for some of the shipping companies. Sometimes, same packages may be packaged separately even if you have specified to have combined shipping for logistical reasons. For questions or clarifications, feel free to reach out to our customer support and we will do our best to assist.

How come my tracking number is not working?

For the tracking code to work, it has to be activated. Activation happens when you package is picked up and scanned by the postal carrier which might take up to seven days. You receive the tracking code in your e-mail once the shipping label has been printed.

Buyer protection – What is it?

To instil confidence in buyers shopping on a website, we have a set of guarantees which constitutes the Buyer Protection Program.

Buyer Protection applies when:

  • The item received does not match its description on the website
  • Items ordered do not arrive with the promised time frame by the seller
  • Genuine guarantee items happen to face upon receiving

How are product packaged?

We take caution to make sure that all items are packaged securely. If the order comprises of more than one package, it is possible that will arrive in separate packaging since they may have been dispatched from different warehouses which we have around the world.
